Privacy Policy

Version 2026-06-19. Effective 19 June 2026.

1. Who controls your data

BD Tracker (the “Service”) is owned and operated by Ian Kelly (“the Owner”), who controls the data held within it. This policy explains what the Service collects and how it is handled.

2. What we collect

  • Account information: your email address and authentication details.
  • Profile information you provide: your name, position, organisation, and related context used to personalise generated content.
  • Service Data you enter or generate: contact records, engagement history, notes, and generated outreach content.
  • Acceptance records: the version, time, IP address, and browser user-agent recorded when you accept these terms.
  • Technical logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use it

Data is used to operate the Service, to personalise and generate outreach content, to keep an auditable record of acceptance, and to secure and maintain the Service. It is not sold.

4. Where it is stored

Data is stored using Supabase in the Sydney (ap-southeast-2) region. AI content generation uses the Anthropic API, with an AWS Bedrock fallback in Sydney where Australian data residency is required.

5. Retention

Service Data is retained for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Acceptance records are kept as a durable audit trail.

6. Your access

You can access the data associated with your account through the Service. For other requests about your personal information, contact the Owner.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
